Case report

Case 1

Patient R., age 12, diagnosis: simple fracture of the right femoral neck, fracture of the right thigh-bone in upper third. Transosseous osteosynthesis by Ilizarov apparatus for 68 days.

Case 2

Patient M., age 8, diagnosis: simple fracture of ulnar and radius of the right forearm. Transosseous osteosynthesis by Ilizarov apparatus for 37 days.

before operation	with apparatus	after 3 months

Case 3

Patient P., age 4, transcondylar extension fracture of the right humerus with full dislocation. Transosseous osteosynthesis was carried out 8 days after trauma. Period of fixation was 16 days.
