Case report
Patient U., age 21, electrician, diagnosis - closed compound fracture of the right ulnar extension with displacement, closed fracture of surgical neck of the right humeral bone with displacement, closed transtrochantic fracture of the right thigh bone with displacement.
Transosseus osteosynthesis by Ilizarov was applied to right humeral bone and thigh bone. In first days the patient began to walk and do physical exercises. The period of bone fragment fixation for humeral bone came to 48 days, for thigh bone - 52 days, for ulnar extension - 55 days. After treatment keeps on the same occupation.
