From the very begining of Ilizarov technique in 1951 the continuity does not interrupt. Senior doctors from year to year carefully transfer their experience to young colleagues. Due to prof. Shevtsov there is a Society of young scientists of RSC RTO. The main objective of the Society is to join up all creative young people, to organize their labor, to assist in their scientific and professional activity. Today Center's medical staff consists of near 100 specialists with scientific degrees, more than 100 qualified surgeons and near 450 attentive medical nurses.
Each year our Center carries out fellowship programs, courses and individual training programs for russian and foreign colleagues. Some of them come here several times to correct and improve their operating technique under assistance of our professors and most skilled surgeons. |
