The department of rehabilitation carries out a complex recovery treatment after operations and conservative therapy for dystrophyc diseases of the locomotor system.
The experienced doctors of the department will administrate differential indications considering patient’s individual condition, when required an additional examination is performed.
The patients do exercises in the gyms, receive massage and physical treatment, not mentioning medical dropping, injections and pills. Hard working masseurs work with tensed areas, so called muscle callus or trigger points. Complex treatment provides pain relief and improves the quality of life.
Case report
Case 1
Male patient, 33 y.o., master of sports, world champion, winner of the ralley Paris-Dakar, could not sit during 4 months due to severe pain after trauma, could move only in the lying position. He was offered an operation abroad. In our clinic
He was treated according to the developed by us technique. The quality of his life was restored. During his rehabilitation we did not use any medication or electrostimulation.
Case 2
Male patient N., 47 y.o., was complaining of severe pain in the right upper limb, that was stronger at night, and had severe limitation of shoulder motion. Suffered 5 months and had 3 courses of treatment at his local hospital. 8 days after treatment with our technique the pain relieved and the motion restored after 14th day.
Short gymnastics
- Starting position: sitting on the chair, hands are behind the head. Straighten hands up and arch your back (inspiration). Return to starting position (expiration). Repeat 8-10 times.
- Starting position: sitting on the chair, hands are aside, palms up. Lead your straight hands back and try to join scapulae (inspiration). Return to starting position (expiration). Repeat 8-10 times.
- Starting position: sitting on the chair, straight your legs, straight hands are joined behind. Tilt forward to straight legs, hands lead up and backward (inspiration). Return to starting position (expiration). Repeat 8-10 times.
- Starting position: sitting on the chair, hands are behind the head. Try to reach your left elbow by the right knee and vice versa. Repeat 10 times.
- Starting position: sitting on the chair, cling to chair's edges. Slowly tilt your head to the right trying to touch shoulder with ear. The same to the left. Repeat 8-10 times.
