Case 1
| Patient V., age 46, diagnosis: extensive tear-incised wound of right hand and forearm with incomplete abjunction of V-th phalanx, tendon injury of III-V finger extensors, marginal defect of basis and head of IV metacarpal bone, distal radioulnar joint injury. Osteosynthesis by Ilizarov was applied |

Case 2
| Patient A., age 25, diagnosis: posttraumatic stump of III finger distal phalanx, posttraumatic arthrosis of distal interphalangeal joint of II finger with unreduced injury of extensor's tendon. The following treatment was applied: arthrodesis of distal interphalangeal joint of II finger, osteotomy of the stump of III finger distal phalanx, osteosynthesis by Ilizarov. |

Case 8
| Patient Z., age 12, diagnosis: congenital syndactyly of the III-rd interdigital space of the right hand, cosmetic defect, functional disturbance. The installation of Shevtsov-Danilkin apparatus was applied. The fixation period lasted for 25 days. |
