Case report
Case 1
Patient P., age 14, diagnosis: cerebral spastic infantile paralysis, bilateral pes equinovarus. Achillotomy, plantotomy of both foots were carried out. Osteosynthesis with apparatus for deformity elimination. Duration of gradual foot correction was 27 days. After normal correction was achieved, triple arthrodesis of both foots was carried out. The period of fixation by apparatus was 1.5 months.
