Case report
Case 1

Patient B., age 8. Diagnosis - achondroplasia, insufficient height 104 cm. Staged lengthening of upper limb segments (on 10 cm) and lower limb segments (on 37 cm) was applied. Height after treatment 151 cm. |

Patient C., age 25, diagnosis: genu varum. According to clinical examination genu varum of both tibias was up to 165º. The distance between medial condyles of femurs in standing position was 5 cm. Remedial osteotomy of both shanks in upper third was applied. |

Patient R., age 22, underwent lengthening of both tibias by Ilizarov method of bilocal distractive osteosynthesis. Period of apparatus presence - 6 months, lengthening per 7 cm. |
